| Wonkette is Washington's popular gossip outlet, a mix of Page Six and People rolled into one with politicians as the celebrities. Founded by ex-journalist Ana Marie Cox, the site delves mostly into D.C. gossip and is inundated with profane and often graphic content (not that there's anything wrong with that). It became widely popular after publicizing the story of Hill staffer Jessica Cutler, who had affairs with men working on Capitol Hill. Cox is gone now, replaced by attorney David Lat, NYU dropout Alex Pareene, and Henry Seltzer. | ||
